I have a user that wants to try out PGI's C compiler. We already have a permanent PGI FORTAN license. Is there a way to combine a temp license for the C compiler with permenet FORTRAN license? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Unfortunately there is not a way to combine licenses. The user will need to install the evaluation version into a separate directory tree. Set thier PATH to this location and unset their "LM_LICENSE_FILE" environment variable.

You can find the most current version of the compilers (5.2-4) along with links to archives of older version at http://www.pgroup.com/support/download_release.php.

Hope this helps!
