Please send the following outputs to license@pgroup.com
1. lmutil lmhostid
2. lmutil lmhostid -hostname
3. lmutil lmhostid -internet
4. cat /etc/hosts
5. /sbin/ifconfig
6. lsb_release

Along with your license file and flexlm.log file.

Thanks,
Dave
