Sorry, but there isn't a larger list. More often it's situational, not absolute.

For the sake of anyone else who finds this thread, the latest issue with my code was that I had a write statement buried in a subroutine. It wasn't an inlining issue at all. When I used the preprocessing statements
Code:
#ifndef _OPENACC
   write ...
#endif

the problem cleared right up.
