Hi Dolf,

Greg Ruetsch and Massimillano Fatica are in the process of writing a book called "CUDA Fortan for Scientists and Engineers". While not quite finished yet, we have a PDF draft version that they've allowed us to send out to our users. Drop a note to PGI Customer Service (trs@pgroup.com) and they will send it to you.
