Hi herohzy,

When running on the CPU (i.e. in emulation) "off-by-one" and "out-bounds" errors generally wont cause your program to fail. However, on the GPU it will. So if it works on the CPU and fails on the GPU, this is typically the cause.

That's one possibility but I would try to reorganise the algorithm so it doesn't need as much memory.
