I have a 5-user floating license and have trouble since upgrading to version 11.8. Using 11.7 the compiler works fine, but if I use 11.8 (with the same environment settings, etc.) I get an error:

Anyone an idea, what's wrong here? What did change with 11.8 concerning licenses?
