openmpi 1.6.1 failed to build with PGI 12.8

I have tried PGI 12.8, 11.9 and also 10.0, all failed with error like the following:

Making all in vtwrapper

You can file bugs with PGI Customer Service (trs@pgroup.com), however, this isn't a compiler bug, but rather a problem with OpenMPI. Looks like they have it fixed in their nightly build. You can see the full email trail at http://www.open-mpi.org/community/lists/users/2012/08/20020.php.
