When I try to use the profiler, I receive several Java errors in the command prompt, and nothing shows up in the user interface.
I was wondering has anyone experienced this problem in the past, and how was it resolved? |

Hi,
Did you say 'yes' to updating JAVA during the installation?

Hi,
I did not install the software personally. I'm running on a 64-bit machine, and from what I read in the guide, I should be running the 64-bit JRE SE 6 for the profiler to work. When I typed java -version the following came up
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_21-b07)
Java Hotspot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0-b17, mixed mode) |
