Hy everyone,

I'm tring to understand how PGDBG works because I have a bug in my MPI code written in Fortran 95. Actually my speciality it'snot at all in programation but now i see myself obliged to use it.
To be short, I have this error message:

*** An error occurred in MPI_Isend
*** on communicator MPI COMMUNICATOR 4 SPLIT FROM 0
*** MPI_ERR_RANK: invalid rank
*** MPI_ERRORS_ARE_FATAL (your MPI job will now abort)


Does somebody has an ideea about what coudl it be?

Hi Anca,

This means that the value for the destination argument is invalid. It should be an integer from 0 to the maximum ranks minus one.
