I have been running PGI for a number of years under a 5-user floating installation. I have a single license server machine, serving licenses to several compute clusters. Under a recent computer procurement, we acquired additional floating licenses. I've just received a copy of the license file for those new licenses, and would like to combine them with my existing licenses.

In my current license file, the "FEATURE" block includes the information "permanent 5". The new license file says "permanent 2" in the "FEATURE" block. If I simply concatenate both license files together and restart my license daemon, will I now have licenses for 7 concurrent users?

Or is there another way to do this?

Hi Gap,

Contact sales@pgroup.com. We'll need to issue you a new PIN that combines the two licenses into a single license.

Thanks,
Mat
