Hi Al,
I've added TPR#16906 and sent it on to our engineers for further investigation. The ICE seems to be caused when privatizing 'HHCOF'. The work around is to set 'HHCOF=0' after the accelerator region. This will remove the 'live-out' error and hence the need to privatize "HHCOF".

Mat,
I made the work around and appears to be working fine. the same issue has appeared in other areas of this code which similar work arounds appears to have solved.
Im having some difficulties with other loops (dependances which may be real) however will try to solve self first.
