Hi, I'm having trouble with lmborrow. I have a floating network license on a server called Sahand, I want to borrow it for the day on my client named khea.

No matter what I try though, I can't seem to borrow anything.

Code:

matt@khea ...trunk/data/small % lmutil lmborrow pgroupd 10-dec-2012 18:00 pgf90
lmutil - Copyright (c) 1989-2011 Flexera Software, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
Setting LM_BORROW=10-dec-2012:pgroupd:10-dec-2012
matt@khea ...trunk/data/small % lmborrow -status
lmborrow - Copyright (c) 1989-2011 Flexera Software, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

I've even tried this on the server, and the same thing happened.

Am I doing this wrong?

Oh.. I think I see the problem. It's not borrowed until I try to use it. I have it now I think.

Sorry about that
